Excessive exercises can invite pain

Excess of everything is bad and this notion is applicable to every facet of our life. In this category physical exercise also does come. Actually, researchers have also started believing that whereas moderate is boon for health at the same time excess of it is not less then a bane.

Robert Irwin is the living example who has withstood the worst of excessive exercise.
