yesterday i bought a jzip software version 10.1 which is the latest version from internet to unzip my zip files. i bought it from an authentic site with the key. when it installed it with the key it gets installed . but when i start the program it asked for key . i entered the key but it showed key not suitable. i have written a complain to their website . but i haven’t get any answer yet what to do?? where to complain or call or is there any mistake in my installation? my OS is windows 7 !!
