I am running a stationary shop in my town near school and there is lots of printing work, so i have hp photosmart c4580 but my printer/Scanner/Copier has run out of the colour ink, and I don’t understand is why it won’t let me scan anything when clearly it’s something wrong with the printer and not the scanner. Itâs hampering my work? I can’t scan anything and I’m just getting a message on the screen “Print cartridge missing or not detected”. please suggest?
