I was working on my laptop, it froze up and there were multi colored lines on the screen. I held the power button down for a few seconds to shut it off. When I pressed the power button the lights and the fan come on for about 3 seconds, with nothing on the screen, then shuts off. This cycle repeats over and over again every few seconds. The only way to stop it is to take the battery out.help me out
