Hey I’m 50 years old and I’ve been using computer daily for office work but I get headaches; my eyes hurt and feel really tired. I know I shouldn’t watch so much and I do avoid abusing it. I didn’t grow up with them so I feel like it’s taking a toll on my eyes. So I am thinking I should get glasses, but I don’t know if there are like specific computer glasses made to ease the reading on a computer screen. Please let me know if I should look for some special glasses, or just regular prescription reading glasses will work? Looking for early reply…God bless you
