I am working class women and I am pregnant since ten months. I’m beginning my second tri-mester and due to circumstances outside of my control, I am extremely stressed out. I am not able to find any way out so can you help me to get out of it. Also tell me can high stress during pregnancy cause problems to baby or mother.Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
