London’s One Cornwall Terrace goes on sale for £100 million

One Cornwall Terrace, which was once the official London residence of the New Zealand High Commissioner, has now hit the market for a whopping £100 million (about $160 million), making it the most expensive terraced house in the world. Located on the Outer Circle road around the Regent’s Park, the 21,500 sq. ft. luxury mansion features 11 reception rooms, seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms,  a private gym, two car garage and carriage driveway, marble and limestone floors, iPad controlled lights, stunning fireplaces, an indoor pool, a catering kitchen and beauty treatment areas.

One of the most prominent private residences in London, the Grade I listed building was originally designed by famous English architect Decimus Burton under the valued supervision of John Nash,  the man behind the master plan for the Regent’s Park.
