1. Diapers or nappies (about 40) – Their size depends on the size of the cake, you wish but small sized diapers is usually recommended.

3. Baby bottle (1) – A long bottle is required.
4. Rubber bands (at least 10) or scotch tape. Take the bands of white color or of the same color as the diaper.

7. Ribbon – This depends entirely on your choice or rather the cake theme you decide.

First you need to decide how many floors you prefer on your cake. Recommended is a three tier that brings out the beauty of the cake and provides enough space for utility objects to be attached with. Small cakes have a problem of space and decoration.
Steps for three tier cake are:
1. Rolling the diaper
In the first step you need to bring the diapers you have on one table. Once you have them, just roll all of them length wise. Keep rolled and put a rubber band on it to hold it. See that the diapers are not too thick after the roll.
2. Preparation of the base floor of cake
The base floor forms the foundation and thus, it has to be nicely prepared. Firstly, chose a diameter for your cake. Then roll the diaper around the bottle. Around twenty diapers are made use of. Once you have done that, put a rubber band around the main circle. Or, you may use tape to enhance the beauty. By now you might have got a circle stuffed with diapers.
