Sarah Jane Porter, 42, a British woman was sentenced for three years. She was charged for knowingly making a man HIV infected.
A 36-year-old man, one of the victims, charged porter that she did not reveal she was HIV positive. She had encouraged him to have sex without any protection.
After the police enquiry, a man aged 31 was caught and found HIV positive. A year-long investigation porter was found as source of the spread. Porter intentionally tried men to be HIV patients. She had refused earlier to give the details about them. Later she admitted her henoius act at Inner London crown court.
