Walnuts better for your arteries more than olive oil

According to a report of Spanish researchers:

A high-fat dinner followed by an unusual dessert, walnuts might be even better for the arteries than olive oil.

These researchers found out that after taking a meal full of calories if you intake walnut or its oil then your artries remain more flexible and supple than the artries of those who do not intake walnut.

In this regard, study lead researcher Dr. Emilio Ros, director of the Lipid Clinic at Hospital Clinico in Barcelona believes that no doubt, olive oil and walnut lessen the onset of inflammation and oxidation in the artries, but due to an acid alpha-linolenic found in walnut, it also maintains the flexibility of blood vessels.

I firmly believe that this new research is really helpful, especially for those who are really concerned about their health, and must include walnuts in everyday meals.
