1. Make sure that you drink adequate water daily and for that, you can take counsel of your doctor too.

Avoid liquids that contain caffeine, alcohol, or large amounts of sugar because these actually cause you to lose more body fluid.

If the temperature is too high, then having a bath is good option.


4.
Avoid wearing tight-fitting clothes and prefer lightweight, light-colored, loose-fitting clothing.


5.
Limit your outdoor activity to morning and evening hours.

6. Prevent yourself from those scorching sun’s rays.

By using these few but important tips, you can largely keep yourself away from heat-related illness.
