Most of us are well aware of the fact that viewing television for long hours may result in several mental disorders giving way to several other physical disorders too. Still, most of us keep a blind eye to this significant notion. Now again there is a warning coming from Aric Sigman of the British Psychological Society that television is seriously damaging to health, this compels us to rethink that how far this habit of excessive television viewing needs to be restrained.
