Some of my friend suggest me to eat oatmeal in the breakfast, actually I want a healthy body , I’ve been eating oatmeal for breakfast every morning because I figured it’s a healthy, low calorie, filling choice. Then, I came across something i.e. in half a cup of oatmeal calories is 150. Is that half cup dry or cooked? So please suggest me that half cup dry oatmeal is better for my health or half cup cooked. suggest me.
