Sample One Day Diet

Meal 1
 Don’t have breakfast. Have the first meal of the day at 12pm. Enjoy the first 60-second milkshake to burn fat at the beginning of the day. The milkshake is high in protein.

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

  • 1cup of unsweetened almond milk

Meal 2
