Household Tips for Beautiful Skin

Beauty begins with glowing healthy skin and to have a healthy beautiful skin we do not have to buy expensive creams and lotions, In every fridge and kitchen we have around 300 natural ingredients that can help us get naturally beautiful skin. Here are a few recipes using some simple day to day using ingredients that will help us to get beautiful skin.

Recipe 1

Ingredients: ChickPea flour (Gram flour), Turmeric Powder and Milk.

Mix a tablespoon of ChickPea flour and a pinch of turmeric with 2 tablespoons of milk and make a thick paste. Apply all over your face and neck. Massage your T-zone (forehead and nose) then your cheeks in circular motion. Wash your face with warm water after 2 mins.

ChickPea flour gives all the protein you need, milk gives the moisture and turmeric provides fairness and glow.Thus leaving your face glowing and smooth. You can also add a spoon full of honey and leave the mask on for 15 minutes to get extra nourishment. The same mixture could be applied all over the body to get a baby soft skin.

Recipe 2

Ingredients: Milk and Sugar

Mix 1/4 cup of milk with 2 table spoons of sugar then dip a cotton ball in the mixture and apply the milk all over your face and neck. Leave for some time and wash the face. This leaves a glowing look on the face.

Recipe 3

Ingredients: Oatmeal, Turmeric and Sugar

Make a paste of a table spoon of all the above ingredients and gently massage on to your face. Leave it for 2 to 3 mins and wash it off. All the dead skin in removed with the help of Oatmeal thus giving you a refreshing feel and look.

Recipe 4

Ingredients: Cucumber, Yogurt

Take a half Cucumber juice mix it with a tablespoon of yoghurt. Apply all over your face, neck and body, wash after 5 minutes. Cucumber has natural cleansing and tightening properties and yogurt is a natural bleach. These two together helps reduce blemishes and dark spots.

Recipe 5

Ingredients: Yogurt and Honey

Leave a cup of Yoghurt outside the fridge overnight and let it go sour. Sour Yoghurt has cleasing properties. Mix a table spoon with honey and apply on face and neck and wash after 3 to 4 mins. Leaves the skin clean, smooth and glowy.

Recipe 6

Ingredients: Almonds soaked overnight, Milk and Honey

Make a smooth paste of soaked almonds with milk, mix a spoon of honey and apply to the face and neck evenly. Massage and wash it off after 3 to 4 mins.

Recipe 7

Ingredients: Crushed Mint Leaves juice.

Apply the mint leaves juice evenly on face and neck to get a toned skin.Mint is a natural toner and diminishes the appearance of pores and blemishes.

Recipe 8

Ingredients: Rose Water

Applying rose water in night on the clean skin before sleeping leaves the skin clean and nourished. Leaving your skin look glossy in the morning.

Recipe 9

Ingredients: Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is the famous natural moisturiser, used in many creams and lotions. This may is obtained naturally from an aloe plant of from a Natural Drug store in the form of Aloe Liquid. Apply on to face and neck twice a day.

Recipe 10

Ingredients: Jojoba oil, Chamomile Oil, almond oil, sesame oil(Dry skin) and Olive oil

These are the most effective ways for moisturizing the skin. Apply the oil and massage your face and leave it overnight to wake up with a beautiful and soft skin.

Quick Tips
1.Apart from these you can also use yogurt and mushed banana for a great looking skin.
2.Avoid using market products as they contain harmful preservatives and chemicals which are not good for your skin.
3.Drinks at least 8 glass of water a day and practice yoga or morning exercises.
4.Wash your face with plain water in regular intervals. And try avoiding too much exposure to sun.
