Please give complete oatmeal nutritional facts.

I used to have multigrain cheerios everyday for breakfast but my brother said that oatmeal is much healthier. I’ve been eating (homemade) oatmeal everyday with a banana and strawberries cut into the pot while its cooking, I sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on it (sometimes a drop of Agave Nectar if I need something sweet). It tastes really good…Is it better for me then cheerios? And can I eat it every day? Please give me oatmeal nutrition facts.
