Your Fruit Bowl is the Key to Your Beauty

Fruits contain many health benefits, and more importantly, they are vital in helping you enhance your beauty. From getting rid of unwanted wrinkles to banishing of brittle nails, consuming fruits is the natural way to look beautiful!

Citrus fruits give your skin that necessary glow and help in brightening skin tone. When you apply the juice externally, the acids inside fruits exfoliate the skin and help you get rid of pigmentation. When ingested, fruits containing vitamin C helps you get rid of blemishes, owing to their antibacterial properties. You can try using orange juice and dapping it on to your skin to get rid of blemishes. Use it twice a week and keep it on for ten minutes before rinsing it off.

You can make a face mask with two tablespoons of yoghurt, three teaspoons of honey and one whole peach. Blend all these ingredients to make a face mask. Apply the mask for ten minutes and then wash it off with warm water.

The other fruit that is good for enhancing beauty is the avocado that has now found its way into beauty treatments, as it has hydrating and nourishing properties. Avocado is the best for treating and nourishing dry and brittle hair. You can make a hair mask by blending a ripe small avocado with half a cup of milk and a tablespoon of olive oil. Apply it to your hair starting from the roots and leave it on for 15 minutes before shampooing.

Strawberries might be red in color, but these fruits actually help to calm red skin, as it contains salilcylic acid that targets red spots. You can crush a couple of strawberries and apply it to the affected area for ten minutes before washing it off.

Another super fruit for the skin is pineapple that can help to get rid of blemishes, as it is rich in amino acids and vitamin C. It also helps to sooth down inflammation, as it is rich in bromelain as well.

Using the above fruits will ensure that you look youthful with radiant skin. Physical application of these fruits in the form of masks is extremely beneficial to get rid of skin problems in a natural way. Eating these fruits is equally beneficial too!
