Food works as medicine

Hippocrates had prepared a list of more than four hundred herbs food on the planet. He said that ‘Nature is the healer of all disease.’ Here, Loa Blasucci has something similar words in a different manner. He says similarly that ‘Food is medicine’

Environment has changed greatly in the last couple thousand years since Hippocrates walked the earth. Food has also gone through this phase. But our bodies remain unchanged. What we eat is determined by what we eat. Loa Blasucci presents, here, a list of foods.
