Hello all! I am 35 years old and I am on diet. My weight got increased alarmingly in the last two years. For the same reason I had to go on dieting. I am on all out dieting now. I have even stopped my daily cup of tea which I use to have early in the morning. But my problem is that I cant live without a cup of tea. Anybody who has ideas about dieters tea please suggest me how it works and its benefits?
