Are craisins bad for health?

I am a working guy and in my office one of my team member use to add craisins in his salad and from last one month i am also doing this and I love the way they add flavor to my salad but I’m worried I’m getting a lot of extra calories and sugar in my diet. So is it because of eating craisins or there is any other reason for it? What are the nutritional facts available on craisins?
