Coffee Diet

One way to lose weight is by introducing or increasing your coffee intake in your diet. The reason for this is that coffee contains caffeine, which can increase the metabolic rate by almost 10 percent or even more for those who aren’t used to drinking coffee. So, depending on your metabolism you can cut up to 300 calories.

The coffee diet is very easy to put in practice because you need no calculations and scales and because you isn’t got to do nothing to burn calories. To make sure you increase your metabolic rate, you must drink 5 cups of coffee per day (200ml each). It is recommended to use high quality fresh and flavourful coffee and also your coffee must be free of any calories, such as sugar and milk.

Take it easy. Drinking all this coffee at once is not going to have good effects for your body. You should try to divide the coffee intake into 5 different parts, like this:

  • One cup of coffee in the morning;
  • One coffee after lunch;
  • One cup around 4 PM;
  • One after dinner;
  • One at about 8:30.

The coffee is part of the overall nutritional plan. It isn’t the entire thing. High-quality proteins, complex carbohydrates and essential fats act like a propellant, accelerating the benefits of the diet. Fitness is an important element of the coffee diet too. Sport and exercising fight illness and disease and improves mood. When it comes to dieting with coffee, exercise is essential because consuming too much caffeine can create feelings irritability and sports can put you in a good mood.

Also, you should know that there are side effects of this coffee diet like dehydration, brown teeth and increased heart rate. To protect yourself from this you should drink at least 2 litters of plain water per day, brush your teeth regularly after coffee consumption. If you have any kind of heart problems you should consult your doctor before changing your diet. Eat healthy and exercise to help your body in losing weight.
