I drink juices only as I am on dieting. Normally I drink 3-4 glasses of pineapple juice everyday as i am not eating anything else in the whole day. But someone told me calories in pineapple are very high. So can anyone tell me that how many calories are there in one cup of fresh pineapple? And I am not adding any extra salt or sugar to my juice. The juice is of freshly cut on e cup of pineapple with water.
