So please if anyone knows the exact amount of calories available in alcohol then kindly help by providing the required information. This would help me to easily check the total amount of calories in my food and drinks. Also is daily consumption of the calories in form of alcohol too harmful for my health. And how much of alcohol calories can I intake daily.
