Dieter is required to carry on with the diet for 4 days. Dieters can lose up to 5pounds within 4 days if they follow the diet strictly.

Dieters are recommended to start this diet on Wednesday because on the last day of the diet you must drink wine in large quantities. It is better to stay away from work when experiencing a hangover. The best part about the diet is that it only demands your effort for 4days.

First Day
Have a balanced breakfast, lunch, and supper on the first day of the diet. You may drink tomato juice twice. Eating boiled brown rice is a good option. Whatever you eat, you must not add salt or sugar while preparation of meals. You are free to eat rice and tomato juice as much as you want.

The second Day You may eat fat-free cottage cheese and fat-free yogurt. Greek Yogurt is recommended to the dieters. There is no restriction on the quantity to consume.

Third-Day
  You may have green organic tea without the addition of any sweeteners whether natural or artificial. Eat 250g boiled meat in the entire day. It is advised to eat white meat of turkey (skinless), low-fat pork and chicken (skinless).

Fourth Day You are advised to drink a bottle of dry red wine. You may consume low-fat cheese during the day in the quantity you desire. Dieter should not drink more than 2glasses of water. However, drink plenty of water on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd day of the diet.
