2 Important Things to Know

Eat small meals for 11 days. Eat 3 to 4 small and healthy meals daily. You should not starve yourself.
You can have 3 cheat days after completing 11 days of diet. In these 3 days, you can eat whatever you like and then again continue with 11 day diet.
