I want to buy a phone for my younger brother’s birthday. He will be turning 18 and going out on a tour soon. I would like to give him a Samsung Fascinate smart phone. He would like a smart phone I know that. I liked the looks of Samsung fascinate phone but about the specs I can’t say much. So please tell me am I doing s smart thing or not?
