Finally I have started to get problems with my sprint moment phone. It worked smoothly for one month. Initially it would just switch off on its own. So I took it to repair and it was fixed after a hard reset. I heard of updates then which would fix these small bugs. But then my phone got off and it wont switch on now. It stays at the android logo screen when turned on. So please tell me why all this is happening? Is this a very common problem with this phone?
