Am from San Diego, California looking for cell phones no contract options to really experience the high end features and entertainment with freedom and without any restrictions of heavy billing or limited usage. I need a cheap android cell phone with good music quality and a decent camera anywhere around $150. No as such preference for the operator but the services should be offered at an affordable cost.
