In modern living apartments, the limited space has nearly shrinked every home product to adjust with our required need. We have seen shrinking our furniture into smaller size just to offer ample of space in our congested houses. Opan is just one of them that reduces the chair into cushion. Designed by Selene Chew, Opan is a cushion transformable chair that works like any sofa cushion when packed, and transforms into chair if some guests drop in. Packed in a cushion, the chair when unzipped, it expands into a comfortable chair. To keep the chair soft, the outer layer is made of cloth, whereas inner structure is made of spring wires for a bouncy feel. Pretty neat and compact design.
