Do you know that nearly one-third of wastage come from our kitchen alone itself and most of it while we cook? Cooking some delectable meals leaves us satisfied with the plate-full of delicious dish, but at the end of the day leaves behind a lot of wastage that ultimately fills the thrash. But, designer Gustavo Messias, has tossed up with the Kitchen Waste Management concept that eats up all the kitchen waste and turns it effectively into organic grains.
The process is done using countertop drying system that separates the kitchen wastes into two parts, organic and non-organic. These wastes are recycled to be used as bio-gas plants or as fertilizers. The smart system encloses special cartridge for organic disposal, a bio-degradable bag that is attached automatically to the drawer when closed. It’s definitely a green saver for your kitchens.
