Ann-Made Art: Arty jewelry made from recycled soda can tabs

A little creativity can transform trash into inspiring works of art. Ann Skydell Harmon doesn’t only believe it, but also practices it in crafting unique jewelry from discarded soda cans and cardboard from corrugated cardboard boxes. Her exclusive line of jewelry dubbed Ann-Made Art promotes recycling as it re-utilizes aluminum from soda cans that otherwise keep on piling up in the landfills.

Ann has been in this business since 2007 and has been inspiring all with her masterful creations that includes bracelets, earrings and pendants. She offers the earrings, adorned with colored glass beads, gemstones or natural shells, in nine designs. The pendants, wrapped with colored wires, are made from extra large recycled can tabs, and are available in 12 designs. The recycled tabs come from a non-profit group in New Jersey and Ann pays them more than their actual price for they sell them for charity.
