Why breast milk is still best?

Its common knowledge now the breast milk protects babies from dangerous infections providing by antibodies. But new research points to other health benefits.

Heart protection: The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that bad LDL cholesterol was lowest in adults who were breastfed as infants. The researchers speculate that breast milk ‘programme’ the body to digest fats more efficiently.

Lender Kids: Research in Germany found that the risk of childhood obesity may drop 35% if babies’ breast feed for 3-5 months.
