Washing hands by the book

Washing the hands is an excellent way to prevent health problems. It protects from getting ill. However, washing hands do not mean a quick wash. The quick wash cannot protect all the way. The Swedish Medical Center in Seattle has issued some tips on how to wash your hands as it should be:

1. Do wash your hands frequently.

2. Apply warm water and then use the soap.

3. Rub your hands completely from fingernails to wrists.

4. Do the rubbing for at least 15 seconds.

5. Dry your hands well.

6. Use Antibacterial hand sanitizer when soap is not available.
