Drinking enough water will also reduce wrinkled on your skin. It is believed to remove toxins from body and skin. Water speeds up the digestive system also which also helps in skin detoxification. The major benefit of drinking enough water is to keep your skin smooth and young.

  2. Do Sweating:

    This is the best and the most natural way to detoxify your skin and body. Exercise everyday for at least one hour. This makes the heart beat at a faster rate and cause the skin to produce sweat. This sweat removes toxins from body and takes out all the impurities from the skin. Repeat your favourite exercise for at least 5 days in a week or do yoga or a heat spa for naturally increasing the heart beat. You may also indulge in variety of exercises like walking, running, swimming and cycling. All these activities will promote a beautiful skin.

Don’t go for such cleansers which are made up of soaps, foams and coarse scrubs. Use such cleansers which have balanced pH, are natural and chemical free. After using the detox cleanser, use a wash cloth to clean the facial and skin areas. The take a shower or bath.
