Could you suggest a diet health oriented one?

Well, it’s my New Year resolution to lose maximum fat from my body in the next coming six months. My current weight is 210 pounds and looking for a great diet health program with proper workouts. I’m regular with exercise two times in a day. Could you suggest a diet health oriented one? I have decided to eat healthy for the reason to support quick weight loss. Should I make any changes in diet health routine? Please help me.
