Sleep well to stay slim

If you want to stay slim forever, just go for good night sleeps. A new research suggests that it is the easiest way to be slim. Sleeping less than five hours can lead you to a major weight gain.

Women who slept five hours or less weighed 5.4 pounds more at the beginning of the study than those sleeping seven hours. They put on an additional 1.6 pounds more over the next 10 years, the study says.

The study is the largest ever to read the effects of sleep habits on weight gain over a long period. Researchers were astounded to find there was no connection between the weight gain and diet.
