Skim milk nutrition facts required.

I googled skim milk nutrition facts and found that skim milk has the same amount of sugar as whole milk and yet no fat. Is this information true? And according to the nutrition label, wouldn’t skim milk be amazingly great since it has the same amount of sugar and no fat? That means that it will be same in taste yet it is a very healthy option. I am on a training and want to switch to drinking skim milk from now on. Is it a good idea?
