Mediterranean diet can reduce the risk of Alzheimer

Mediterranean diet reduces the risk of heart disease and it can be helpful to prevent from Alzheimer also. People with this diet were up to 40 percent less likely than the people avoided it to Alzheimer. This result came during the course of the research.

Further according to the study, more research is needed before the diet recommendation to ward off Alzheimer’s. The other logic is that the kinds of bad things for our heart is turn out to be bad for our brain also. The work is published online by the Annals of Neurology, Columbia University.
