Can anyone share with me the nutritional information of the foods served at Mcdonalds? If you want to have burger then I think there is no better place then Mcdonalds. But, my mother never allows me to have anything from this food chain, as she feels that it is unhealthy as the food served there are rich in calorie content, which I know is not true. I need to show my mom the actual nutritional information of foods at Mcdonalds. I hope she believes it after you guys tell the facts about the nutrition.
