Don’t give your kid extra salt if you really want to keep his blood pressure at normal level. This is the conclusion that that has transuded from a new study.

Researchers found during the course of their study that eating more salt may increase the blood pressure level, which is the major cause of most of the cardiovascular diseases. According to Drs Feng J He and Graham A MacGregor, from St George’s University of London, UK:

Raised blood pressure is the major cause of cardiovascular disease, accounting for 62 percent of strokes and 49 percent of coronary heart disease.
