  • Start taking vitamins. They act as cholesterol reducing agents while improving metabolism.
  • Consume plenty of whole wheat breads rather than white breads. They contain plenty of fiber which helps in getting rid of excess cholesterol.

Don’ts of High Cholesterol Diet:

  • Dieters are recommended to stop eating red meat. Don’t go for cow meat, pork and any other animal fat. If you can’t stop yourself from having the meat then it will be wise if you could limit your animal based meals to a small portion size.
  • Don’t consume poultry. You are not allowed to eat turkey and chicken.
