6 Daily beauty routine steps to get a clear skin

Almost everyone desires to get a clear skin. A clean skin has absolutely no traces of blemishes, pimples, blackheads or any other scars. 1. Diet

The first and foremost thing for the betterment of your skin is a healthy diet. Make sure you eat a diet which includes fruits, vegetables and other grains, which posse’s vitamins and nutrients. Avoid oil rich foods because it might turn your skin oily and give a dull appearance on your face. Drink more water every day, around six glasses in winter and around eight glasses in summer. Avoid fast foods; it may easily spoil your skin.

2. Exercise

The important thing next to healthy diet is to exercise. Exercise and sweat out, the more you sweat the better for your skin as it unclogs the pores. Also a daily exercise routine will improve blood flow and circulation which makes your skin glow. Try to get rid of much stress. Stress hormones will give a bad result in about everything including skin. Relax yourself whenever possible and be cautious about it. Some of the stress relief measures are meditation, deep breathing etc.

3. Cleansing

Wash your face regularly at least twice a day with a suitable face wash to remove the dirt and oil. If you get pimples, do not scratch it or try to break it, because the liquid in it might spread and affect other areas of your skin too. Just massage the place with cotton or cleansed hand. Do not use dirt hand on your face.

4. Use healthy products

Direct sun light is the main cause of spoiling your skin. It makes your skin to get tanned, you lose complexion, and your skin also looks aged. For this reason, use best sun screen products that suit your skin. Also use moisturizing creams to avoid skin drying. Do not use too many products on your face, rather maintain a simple skin. If you have pores or pimples, then avoid facial powders, because it might get into the pores and look awkward later on when you sweat.

5. Natural Care

If you do not believe any chemical products, the best way to take care of your skin is natural care. Powders made out of various natural herbs can be used regularly. It improves complexion, prevents pimples, and also removes oil from your skin. Applying mint juice on your face at night and washing in the morning also prevents pimples. You can also apply lemon to your face by mixing it with water and one of these: yoghurt, olive oil, cucumber, milk, honey and chamomile tea. One important thing is do not let sun rays fall on lemon applied skin because it may leave brown marks on your skin.

6. Avoid smoking, alcohol, drugs

Excess of alcohol, or regular smoking and drugs are the biggest enemies of your skin. You should avoid them at the maximum possible time.
