Philippe Starck, the creative Parisian designer is all set to try his hands on ready-to-wear clothing for men and women. This new range of clothing is classy, sustainable reflecting a lot of creativity. The designer wants people to go wild with imagination when they think of his range of clothing but the only thing he does not want is for you to have the audacity to call it fashion. The clothes are non-photogenic.
Philippe Starck collaborated with a Scottish cashmere company Ballantyne to launch his collection that includes 30 pieces for men and the same quantity for women. This clothing line with waterproof cashmere will provide an alternative to the fads of contemporary clothing. Starck’s collection includes knitted charcoal-grey jackets featuring detachable waistcoats, double-position collars, camouflaged pockets and contrasting fluorescent textile. This amazing collection is expected to go on sale in October.
