Having bought this property almost two years ago, he’s there, just in time, to prevent any commercial use of this natural habitat. The Mirimichi golf course, after a $16 million revamp, will dedicate itself to golfers on June 25. Moreover, it is the first golf course ever to be certified by the Audubon Classic Sanctuary Program and touts the first Platinum LEED certification also.
The green golf course will be 7,400 yards and have 80 bunkers, 4 waterfalls, 7 lakes and 2 creeks running between the holes. It will certainly reduce the manicure acreage on the golf course and make it a pleasant resort.
