Most of the parents are familiar with this phrase,’I hate school.’ Most of them are worried when they hear this statement because they could have a difficult time in trying to persuade the child to go to school. There are many reasons as to why children hate school. Children of all age groups face this problem one time or other while in school. It is for the parents to identify the reasons and rectify them by taking the proper measures. Otherwise, it will ruin your kid’s mental and physical health. 1. Curriculum

One of the top reasons why kids hate school is because of the curriculum. Most part of it is usually outdated or unfriendly and children do not enjoy learning. Sometimes, there are too many things to learn and they are too young for it. They may not be able to enjoy learning when they are forced. Children need time and they have to be introduced to various concepts very slowly and in an interesting manner. But usually, they are forced to learn too many things within a short span of time.

2. The grading system

One of the reasons that discourages some kids from going to school is the grading system. All the children are judged based on their performances. Some are graded as ‘A’, some ‘B’, and others as ‘C’ and so on. Those who earn ‘A’ are considered to be the smartest in the class while others are considered as average or slow learners. This can create embarrassment among the children. They begin to feel that top graders are the favorites among all the teachers and parents. This creates an inferiority complex in weak students. Such problems should be taken care of immediately or else they may affect the child emotionally.
