If you are on the hunt for a pair of luxury speakers you would look on to hear long, the Nautilus belauensis loudspeakers might interest you. Inspired by Nautilus belauensis, a nautilus species from the Pacific island nation of Palau, these loudspeakers follow the golden ratio rule and the elegant shape is reminiscent of the nautilus shell. Made with layers of Finnish Baltic birch, the loudspeaker cabinets have been structurally build with internal bracing and tuned ported in the back. Wooden pegs and high quality adhesive has been used to stick together all the cabinet layers.
The drivers for the Nautilus belauensis loudspeakers are courtesy of Scanspeak of Denmark. The custom-made crossover complements the tweeter and mid-bass drivers. Only one unit of the Nautilus belauensis loudspeakers is available for sale and it will never go into mass production.
