It’s not for the first time we have come across the clocks that have left behind the concept of hands. But, this is definitely the first of its kind that displays time in air, though not literally. Designed by Omid Mosadeghi, “Hellio Clocks” is a new way to find out time. Employing a rear projection system, the time is captured on a nearly invisible plane of distorted air using Hellodisplay technology. The time is shown floating in the ring mid-air that are two-dimensional, but looks 3D because of absence of physical depth reference. The minutes are displayed on a LCD improvised on the Smart ball, which moves with the chronographic system. The clock gives you all the reason to keep note of time that too in air.
