The concept basically comes in the shape of a compute mouse which makes it super easy and ergonomic to grip which reduces the stress placed on the wrists and arms of the user since window cleaning requires repeated circular movements for long durations.
With a soft padded underside, the Double Clean actually comes with a twin that is completely identical to its sibling and both the halves come with powerful magnets in them that allow the device to be snapped into place when placed on either side of a window pane. This ‘mirroring’ effect allows users to move both the pieces of the cleaner at one time which means that when they are cleaning their windows from inside the house using the Double Clean, its magnetically attached twin is cleaning the outer surface of the window at the same time.
Not only this allows users to clean their windows from the outside without risking life and limb, it also means that the time spent on window cleaning is reduced to half since both sides of the pane get cleaned at the same time! The designer has not specified whether the padding on the cleaner is safe to be used as industrial-strength window cleaners and whether the magnets used in the contraption will hold across multi-layered insulated glass, but the novelty of the idea itself demands a broader and in-depth research and we hope some deep-pocketed household products corporation will adopt the project and develop it in the interest of humanity as a whole!
