I am a single mother, and I have an 12 years old kid to look after. I don’t get too much of time to cook for my child, as my work occupies me for more than half of the day. However, I want to know few healthy recipes for dinner, as our cook has recently left to see her ailing mother and she won’t be back until next month. I would really appreciate if someone is able to give an account of few healthy dinner meals, which could be prepared for dinner? Thanks.
