If reports that are pouring in are true Google is almost set for the YouTube acquisition however, analysts are ambiguous over the prospect of the project and the full acquisition of the company. Don Dodge has recently suggested that it may be disastrous for Google to buy YouTube but it would be a brilliant idea if Googles forges an exclusive advertising deal.
The reason behind this reasoning is very straight in technology business it is always safe and better to be involved in strategic partnership that will leverage both the companies to share the revenues even in the case of joint selling. However, the modalities and probability of the deal is yet to take final shape, but the analysts in the business sphere clearly signaling towards a disastrous move if Google goes for an acquisition.
